Party T&C's
A £50 non refundable deposit is required when booking your party.
Your booking will not be reserved or confirmed until payment is received.
All bookings are non refundable and non transferable.

When you arrive, you will be greeted by your party host.
Please hand everything to them who will organise everything for you.
For Party Table bookings, you will be shown to your reserved table.
Please arrive only 10 minutes before the start time of your party.
Parents bringing siblings will pay for them on
arrival at reception.

Things you can bring:
A Birthday Cake & Candles (Suggestion - why not bring cupcakes to hand out instead of cake!) One helium balloon bundle Sweet cones (we sell them in our very own sweet shop!)

Things you cannot bring:
No extra food/snacks/nibbles or juice/fizzy
No glitter, face paint, confetti or
bubble machine etc
No fountain candles
(if you bring any of the above, we will be unable to permit them)

We will call you to confirm your final guest numbers and to add any added extras (platters, sweet cones etc) on the Monday before the party. The remaining party balance will need to be paid on the Wednesday by the end of the day. We will only charge for extra on the day if more children than confirmed turn up over the 20.
